It seem like whenever I happen to mention doing college work, people are like, "Oh, I didn't know you were doing college." - and I have been for two years. I guess the reason people don't know is because I don't let it interfere with life!
So let me try to answer your questions, I'm doing it the old-fashioned way, through the mail, from the Baptist College of America. It was started in 1993 as a ministry of Temple Baptist Church in Kokomo, Indiana. No, it's not accredited, but yes, I will get an actual four year degree. That is, if I ever finish - I'm about half way through my second year. It's not perfect, but it's quite inexpensive, flexible, and the dorm life is great!
My major is Religeous Education (I'm sure it'll be useful somehow, somewhere, someday) and currently I'm doing the "Sophmore English" class. It includes writing a 10 page research paper, which I'm doing on the topic of "God's Will for Young Women" based on I Tim. 5:14 and I Cor.7:34 (If you want a copy, I might send you one).
So if you ever wonder what I do all day...
