TB Testing...

Today the state vets came out to TB test our cows - all 101 beef cows, calves, and bulls. We're in a very small TB zone and this is a yearly requirement for I don't know how long. The vet comes back on Friday to "read" the tests and see if any of them have TB, which we highly doubt. I don't think they've found a new case in over a year.

We were at the church painting and working for about six hours today. I think we're almost done. It looks really nice! This evening Arthur and I went to a candidate forum at the school. They had school board candidates, mayor candidates, city council, and District Representative candidates. It was "entertaining" to a degree, especially the district rep candidates. If nothing else, it was a good time to see people we don't see very often. We are looking forward to next Wednesday when this is all over and our mailbox isn't quite so full of political postcards. It's good to know that God is in control and can work miracles even in elections when things might seem hopeless. Have a great evening - if you're still up!!
