Hi! I see Mom already told you a little about the ensemble festival (I had to look up how to spell that!) - I didn't really want to drive that far by myself (about 3 1/4 hours), so Miriam consented to come with me. Unlike most piano competitions, this is set up in a recital format so you actually get to watch other people - and duets/trios are a little more interesting to watch than ordinary recitals. I messed up a couple times, but we managed to stay together and so overall, I was happy with it.
