The church was really nice! Rachel and Daniel's pastor preached a gospel presention, they said their vows, a guy from their church sang as they lit the unity candle, Daniel and Rachel kissed for the first time, and the new couple was introduced. It was such a special wedding!
Cake, mints and punch were served at the reception.
Tall vases were on the tables surrounded by candles and mints. During the reception they showed a real neat slide show of Daniel and Rachel.
I don't really care for travelling but it was a good trip anyway. Twice the van gave us trouble. Once at the Haugaards house the night of the groom's supper and again while heading to our motel. Both times it was trouble with a leaky transmission hose (or something like that) and after a couple of tries Arthur successfully got it going and we had no more problems.
