While down at Sioux Falls for the wedding we stayed at the Ortman Hotel in Canistota. I thought that was really neat because I was an Ortmann before I was a Krahn! Anyway, the town is full of distant relatives. The motel was pretty old, very clean, and had lots of character. You might say it felt like going back in time. Their were Amish people staying there which for those of us up here in Warroad was interesting. We loved seeing the men in their straw hats, beards, and strange clothing.
Hannah, Rachel's sister was the maid of honor.
The wedding was at the First Baptist Church of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It was a very beautiful church.
Here's the five bridesmaids, two junior bridesmaids, and flowergirl. The black dresses were so elegant!
