It's a Good Day for Field Work

And Arthur's off to fertilize a field. It's finally warming up and it feels so good!
It's also a good day to make repairs on equipment. So far, the fields look really good even though they are a little behind.

I woke up today with two big thoughts. One - the kids are coming home tonight! It'll be pretty late so I doubt we'll get to talk much tonight but we always enjoy hearing their reports and sharing the news from around here that they missed. Two - VBS is next week! It seems like the days just slip by and here we are in the middle of June. I also realized I have a long list of things to get done before Monday and so I've been running all over trying to get things done. I should've taken a picture of the big stack of "mystery prizes" on the piano at church. This year the children who say the most verses won't know what their prize is until they pick and open the box they chose.

I wasn't planning on blogging today, but Arthur thought it was time to post some farm photos, after all, this is suppose to be a farm blog!

Nehemiah 9:6 Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou has made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

  1. Glad you're having nice weather! It's been cold and rainy here all day, but the crops need the rain too...it's just hard to get motivated on dreary days. :)
