Today I helped mom make 7 jars of rhubarb jam and 13 jars of rhubarb juice and I made some fresh bread. The jam is good still warm on warm bread. The juice is best hot like tea. I also made rhubarb crisp. Mom added some strawberry jello to make it look and taste better.
Tis the season for...rhubarb!!! We just had rhubarb crisp!
